A: Orders for bookmarks and prints must be proof-read and approved by you before we can print. Proofs (renditions) for orders of fine porcelain and crystal pieces may be available for an added fee. Q: Can you do Disney's® Cinderella?
A: *Disney, Looney Tunes, Pooh, Spongebob Squarepants, NASCAR, NFL and any other licensed characters/afflilates are prohibited by law from being re-created without special permission. I will NOT offer commercially licensed character graphics here.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is determined by the size of your order and the method of shipping that you choose. See our ABOUT US page for more details.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Our online shopping cart lets you pay securely using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. The "view cart" button will allow you to see the items you've chosen and then guide you through the steps to finalize your order.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We will send an email confirmation that we have received your order within 48 hours. Orders generally ship within two weeks. With USPS Priority mail shipping, you should receive your order in 2-5 days after we ship. Certain items may be shipped via UPS because of weight restrictions. Always remember that communication delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may delay an order.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Orders within New York State are required to have an 8% sales tax charge applied to the total cost. Orders outside of New York State will not include this charge.
Q: What is included in the total price of my order?
A: Your cost will include design, printing, production, a shipping charge, and orders within New York State will contain a sales tax charge.
Q: What if I'm not happy with my order? Will you take it back?
A: Because each order is personalized, returns cannot be accepted. It is our intention to do all we can to make sure that you are happy with your order BEFORE we ship it out to you. Crystal and porcelain orders that arrive damaged because of mishandling during shipping will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and dealt with in a fair and judicious manner.
Q: Will my photo be returned to me?
A: YES. You will receive your original photo back along with your Delicate Graces purchase.
Q: How do I attach my memorial plaques to the monument?
A: The most popular method is a super-strong adhesive epoxy specially developed by the 3M® Company for outdoor use in all types of weather conditions. The adhesive works just like a double-sided tape. If you requested the adhesive, your memorial plaque will arrive with the adhesive tape already affixed to the back. You only need to peel off the backing and apply to your monument, vault or crypt. These products also make beautiful pieces to display in your home without the adhesive tape.
Q: What surfaces can the plaques be applied to?
A: Delicate Graces plaques can be applied to any smooth, dry surface, including stone, metal or wood, whether horizontal or upright. Just remember that the adhesive is permanent.
Q: Do you make pet memorial plaques?
A: Yes, we make memorial plaques in a variety of sizes, including smaller sizes to fit pet memorials.
